Q. What is the Difference between Rolfing and Structural Integration.

A.   None.    Dr. Ida P. Rolf named her work Structural Integration and Rolfing is the nickname given to her work. Rolfing and Structural Integration is the same thing.

A. That level is decided by the client at all times. Everybody has a differing tolerance to pain.  I work at a level that is acceptable to the client.


Q. How long does each session last?


A. Sessions last about 75 minutes.


Q. How long between sessions?


A. Can be one week, a few weeks or months - it will still work.


Q. Are the benefits long lasting?


A. Yes.  Changes have been reported for up to a year after completing the 10 series.
